Safelock Coupling
Safelock Couplings are non valved, positive locking quick connect couplings suitable for air, gas and water service.
Available in the following sizes: 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, 1.1/4” and 1.1/2” with either an integral hose tail or male or female NPT threaded connections (others available on request).
Couplings can be supplied in stepped sizes to act as a non interchangability feature i.e. 1” coupling with ½” connection.
Material: Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and Naval Brass c/w nitrile seals.
Max working pressure 300 PSI (21 Bar).
Safelock Coupling
Coupling operation.
Connection:
- Pull back the locking collar on the male coupling half.
- Fully insert the male coupling into the female coupling.
- Rotate the coupling halves to lock into position.
- Release the locking collar.
Disconnection
- Pull back the locking collar on the male coupling half.
- Rotate the coupling halves to disengage.
- Pull the coupling halves apart.
- Release the locking collar.
